While Jimmy is happy, his partner, Siobhan Smythe, isn’t exactly thrilled. She still blames Superwoman for Jimmy getting hurt and Lois (still feeling guilty for being unable to protect Jimmy) says that the blame lies with her. However, Olsen acknowledges that he was responsible for getting, though Siobhan swears that she’s going to get even with Superwoman the next time she sees her. However, the reunion is cut short when it comes to Lois’ attention that there’s a prison break unfolding at Stryker’s Island.

She’s come to protect the city from its current threat which, at the moment, is Superman, still in the throes of his red kryptonite infection.

Superman Can’t Get Rid of His Rage, But He Can Use It

With Training, Clark Can Utilize This Fury for Good

Clark was infected by the synthetic red kryptonite quite some time ago and, despite Supercorp’s best efforts, no one was able to purge it from his system. Worse, the challenges Superman has been through in the last several months have only tested the limits of his patience. It doesn’t look like his rage is going anywhere anytime soon. But the good news is that Superman isn’t letting his emotions control him as fans feared. This means that rage could end up being a tool that Superman uses for the sake of good.

If he’s really got this rage on lockdown, Superman could easily use it when he’s facing the most powerful or dangerous villains.
