Being a guest on the Capes and Lunatics podcast, DC Comics writer Mark Waid pretty much dropped a bombshell for fans of both James Gunn and the upcoming Superman movie – he said that a superpowered dog with heat vision will be present in the film. Even though James Gunn is all about wacky and obscure heroes (just take a look at Guardians of the Galaxy), the mere thought of Krypto The Superdog has seemed to enrage some comic book fans who look at the addition as being too wacky or too outside the scope of what the big screen adaptation should be. Do you think the addition of the animal is cringy or do you welcome the pup with open arms? Being a guest on the Capes and Lunatics podcast, DC Comics writer Mark Waid pretty much dropped a bombshell for fans of both James Gunn and the upcoming Superman movie – he said that a superpowered dog with heat vision will be present in the film.
