DC Studios and James Gunn recently announced Dynamic Duo, an upcoming animated Robin movie in development that is set to star Dick Grayson and Jason Todd as young thieves. However, I find it surprising that the movie will reportedly be set in its own continuity apart from the new DCU and Matt Reeves’ The Batman universe (even though Reeves is a producer). Likewise, stop-motion/puppet studio Swaybox is attached to the project to provide an extremely unique animation style.
