The incredible response to DC’s new All In publishing initiative continues to steamroll, as the publisher announced today that Absolute Superman #1 is headed back to press for a second printing, selling out following its November 6 debut. This makes the fifth title in DC’s new publishing universe that has returned to press, joining DC All In Special #1Absolute Batman #1Absolute Wonder Woman #1, and Detective Comics #1090.

The second printing features new artwork  by series artists Sandoval and Arreola, as well as a variant cover with new art by Guillem March, a foil variant cover by Matteo Scalera and a variant cover featuring concept art from series artist Rafa Sandoval. In the wake of the events of Absolute Power and the DC All In Special, the DC Universe has split into two worlds, unified by the single prophecy involving the dread Darkseid. DC’s core (“All In”) universe is now joined by an “Absolute” universe of DC Super Heroes, similar to their core counterparts but following their own heroic journeys without the advantages of Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, and other DC Super Heroes.

Absolute Superman #1 First Printing may be available in comic book stores now whilst stocks last. Absolute Superman #1 Second Printing will be available from December 18, 2024.
