Yesterday in Burbank, DC Comics unveiled a massive statue of John Stewart, the iconic Green Lantern. And in attendance were writers Tim Sheridan, Jeremy Adams, and Morgan Hampton. The first two names are associated with recent Green Lantern runs. But Hampton, best known for work on Cyborg was a curious addition. Well, now we know: Adams and Hampton will be co-writing a brand new Green Lantern Corps series for DC, starting in February.

Along with artists Fernando Pasarín and Oclair Albert, the new series will find the Green Lantern Corps assembling once again to help Hal Jordan stop the, per PR provided by DC, “rise of the deadly Fractal Lanterns before they eliminate all sentient life in the universe.” In the series, you’ll get to see fan favorites teamed up like John Stewart, Jessica Cruz, Kyle Rayner, Guy Gardner, Jo Mullein, and more.

The first issue comes with a main cover by Pasarín and Albert, and variants by Dave Wilkins, Ariel Olivetti, Nathan Szerdy, Gavin Guidry, and Keron Grant. You can check them out below, and click for larger versions. Green Lantern Corps #1 hits stores on February 12, 2025.
